Hi!
Thursday we divided on conquered. As Kevin uploaded about 55 Watch Sites from 49er land and a ton in Las Vegas of all NFL teams, I worked on the user interface and tackled the small bug problems. We played with the look of the email messages you receive for site activity (any feedback would be great).
We got to preview the search function for groups and Watch Sites. Mike did a great job and it is really easy. You will be able to search by key words (i.e. buffalo) and every page with that word will show, search by title word and every page with the word in the title will show, or you can pick individual teams and sports from drop down menus for maximum accuracy. All searching can be done with no geo boundaries or you can narrow it down to a specific zip. Like I said, very slick and we can't wait for it to be pushed to production on Saturday.
We are looking good this week for major changes and hope to knock out a lot of style issues before Monday. Thanks everyone and hope to see you back soon.
Cheers!

Hey Ryan,
DavidDid a little research on rival sites, about 12 long minutes worth. I'm beat.
It seems after such serious 12 minute consideration that most are also in Beta right now, and most look like heaping piles of dung.
My advice: take your time before REAL launch. Make it perfect. When Joe Blow in Duluth signs up, you want him to tell all his friends. And call his dad in Rochester. And his uncle in Miami. His ex-girlfriend in the women's prison in Denver. Everyone.
Have a good weekend, DN
