Hello everyone in FanSpan land,

Hope everyone had a great weekend, I did and I know for a fact so did the rest of the team. We did a major roll out on Saturday which I am sure you will notice by logging in. Here is a list of what we changed:

1. The ability to search Watch Sites, Groups, and Members by team, sport and location. This sounds like a basic function, but I promise you it is not. Indexing that much information and having results happen fast is very complicated and Mike did a great job. Play around with it; you might be suprised with what you will find.

2. We made some small changes to the Navigator. We feel it is much more organized now and simpler.

3. We made some small changes to the top tab links. We got rid of the "my watch sites" tab because we feel groups and watch sites are fairly autonomous. Friends request was changed to "Friend Requests" as well. Minor typo on our part.

4. We added an Invite button to invite friends to FanSpan making it easier to connect to your sports fan friends.

5. We added a cool new icon our graphics department came up with to identify watch sites on the map. We are really excited about the look.

There is a lot more, but most of you will not notice the difference. We are just trying to make the Community run smoother and enhancing the experince. I will let you know that there will be a lot of creative changes this week in preparation for our "official" launch in August. Again I beg for feedback and any problems you have on the site so we can make it better.

We did order some promotional stickers they are really cool and we feel represent the company very well. If you would like one, drop me a message with your address and we will send it off.
